Loot Filters not loading on Xbox

Playing on Xbox and my loot filters are not doing anything, not loading at all. I have tried unfollowing the filters and re following but that had no impact.

What can I do to fix it? it’s becoming an issue at end of campaign and
Will get worse in maps.

Hard re install fixed the issue
