Gorian overlapping body makes it untargetable and passive

"Gorian, The Moving Earth" can overlap itself with its own body parts causing itself to become unaware of the surrounding area and become untargetable. AOE attacks don't affect the boss. Dodging really close to the boss may provoke an attack but doesn't cause it to move to a new location.

The boss seems to be inside of one of its body parts.

I also encountered this bug today. Screenshot below. Note that Gorian is not facing me because it is seemingly unable to find me unless I dodge into it.
