Unable to travel to others hideouts via trade market website

It keeps stating that I have to be in the game in order to teleport to a seller's hideout even though I opened the trade website via inside the game. I was searching on the website because transfigured gems don't actually pop up in the search for the in-game trade market. I hope this gets attention and fixed, thank you.

User error on the trade website issue, it defaults to poe 1 pc and not playstation. I still can not search for animate weapon of self reflection even though it's in the catalog for the search, it just shows the normal version of the skill gem even when toggling the transcended filter.
