Cannot use voidstone on ps5

I put the voidstone stored to farm some essences, but now I cannot use them. I´m trying to install the ps4 version to see if works but I tried everything on the ps5 version, nothing works. Lmk if anyone also has this problem and if you know a way to fix pls!
