[PS5] Unsocketing jewels on passive tree is bugged

Jewels on the passive can not be unsocketed with the square button (directly to inventory) anymore. This applies to regular sockets, as well as sockets in clusters. Picking up the jewel with X still works.

Furthermore, clusters also can not be removed with the square button via spending refund points. The button press registers, but nothing happens. You have to unspec all passives on the cluster to be able to pick it up via X button.
