Manoki, The Chosen - stuck at end of phase one

At the end of the first phase, Manki got stuck. Nothing happens.

Additionally, two attempts at passing the simulcorum today, similar story: once on wave 12/15, and the second on wave 13/15. People have been reporting this error for at least a year. Anyone?
