Getting no Fixes to the game feels extremely bad

Its pronbably the 100th of these Threads, but i have to make one, because nothing is changing.
The problem right now is that POE2 is abandoned. You cant call it anything else. Yes they are working on Patch 0.4. But to everyone who is still playing the game its shit. There are no Bugfixes, there are no fixes to broken things. Since 0.3.1 there are basically no fixes for anything and 0.3.1 was over a month ago. In what world is it acceptable that you dont even get bugfixes for a game? Fixes for certain things like the ritual tablets okay fine, i can accept that, because they might change it in the next iteration so doing a patch now is a waste of time. But bugfixes???? I have to agree. I mean this in the nicest way possible, but this is honestly one of the most buggy and imbalanced games I've ever played. I love the game, but it has a lot of issues.
It would really be nice if there were at least a few people that could hang around to address regressions that were introduced by patches after the focus switches to POE 1. 0.3.1 introduced issues with tablet drop rates, caused the shatter visual effect to completely stop working, etc., and then it was just left that way. That might be fine for people who only play leagues for the first 2 weeks and plan to perpetually BOUNCE back and forth between POE 1 and POE 2 for the rest of their lives, but it leaves a really bad impression for people who play longer and plan to stick with playing only POE 2. " POE2 still has 20k players at the same time on steam. If we include Console, then that numbers is even higher. And the developer simply ignores issues they caused. It makes me genuinely mad. Yes they are mostly working on 0.4, but why arent they able to make a patch with some fixes. The League is still going on for about 2 months and for 1 month now the game has severe issues. Some will be addressed in 0.4 so and it might not be worth the time to fix them because those fixes would end up arbitrary. But there are Bugs and things that should be addressed. GGG can’t handle both games simultaneously. Is that simple…
While 0.3.1 was released, devs have to look and diagnose data and after that make a fixes and pathes. Instead of that they work on new league of PoE1. Now league is out and they work on 0.4… Again, is that simple… |

 Btw if we go after this GGG does not know about any bugs. And yes i know that they just dont maintain this, but its hilarious to me that they dont. " TBH I would be surprised if they at least read bugreport at all. Reasons are similar, not enough people, no time for too much work. They have probably some internal bug list and simply don’t care about this pre-historical forum thing at all. It’s not effective - so it abandoned |
