Game keeps crashing on the loading screen

I loggin on my ps5 i buy item i try to link item from storageChest game crashing oke than i try it again game crashing again than i was think maby i need put the item in invetory to link it i try to link the item and the game crash again try to restart the game go to my character press the play and i keep crashing every time i try to load back in i try it 10 times i try to join friends but it keeps crashing on the loading screen and i try it with clearing the cache and restoring the license but no change i think its the item (foulborn midnight bargain) thats crashing me because it is in my inventory
