Meta-Feedback for this forum

I see a lot of feedback on this forum that boils down to "I'm frustrated because of X" but it's almost always someone who is just unfamiliar with the game and has hit what they perceive to be an impenetrable roadblock.

The keyword there is "perceived" - I think that many players who might be interested in finding solutions to their problems rather than complaining to developers about them just don't know where to look.

I believe this forum could benefit from a separate section for Gameplay Strategy Discussion as well as some better build-sharing capabilities implemented into the UI within the Build section.

There isn't really a clear forum section where people can share solutions, strategies, or ask for gameplay help, or bounce ideas off of one another.

General discussion is flooded with nonsense and noise.

The Build section is structured in a way that carries over Poe1 mentality where all of the "strategy" is performed in PoB and is shared as a blueprint to follow in the form of a link to a skill tree and a list of skill gems/supports.

I don't think this method of "building" a character is as applicable in Poe2 because of the huge variance enabled with nine 6-linked skills, weapon swap passive points, and the fact that playstyle itself has a much larger impact on gameplay - a "build" in PoE2 is more like an assorted bucket of dynamic playstyle, gearing, and passive point choices and strategies and isn't properly captured in a static blueprint of a skill tree and support gem setup.

If we had both specific sections to discuss strategies, and then another to properly showcase specific arrangements of them, I think it'd go along way in reducing the frustrations that a lot of players seem to have when they run into roadblocks by increasing the visibility of the solutions, or at the very least, demonstrate to them that there's somewhere to even look for solutions in the first place.

I think that would be something great yeah.

Myself sometimes i'm not sure where to look for information and discution forum seem filled with as many complain rather than general discution. I mean i complain too, i know we all do but a place for even just share accomplishement or something would be cool also.

The build section is very confusing and doesnt really help toward what you personaly want to achieve with some skills or class. As you said it's more just a link to an already made build.

Now will there be more interaction as you propose i dont know.
On this forum it's often either people complaining not willing to understand anything or condescending people that dont seem to know better either.

There are some people with knowledge tough. Not sure they like to interact here. This forum is often discouraging.
At this point i rather search for my info on reddit and that says a lot.
