Extremely unstable network (Lagging and hitching)

What platform you're playing on: PS5
What model console you have: Base model PS5
What time this happened: Nearly constant, appears worse after the game has been running for 10-20 minutes
Gateway / Location: Washington DC, East Coast

I am having a consistent issue with lagging, hitching, and stutter stepping. This issue appeared after the first few days of the league (Day 1 and 2 were seemingly fine for me)

I have tried quite literally everything on my end that I can think of to fix this issue. (Cleared system cache, rebuild database, reinstall game, reset router). The issue continues to persist.

I am hardwired and have 1GB down for speeds. No other game or service behaves the way I experience here so I am fairly certain that its not a network issue on my end..

Further note - I played the entire league of mercenaries, actually all the way up to the last week, I had VERY few issues with networking during that time.

This is getting to the point where I am going to put the game down for a while which is unfortunate as I am really enjoying this league. Please see the attached video showing the severity of this (its not just an issue in maps BTW, this hitching happens in my HO, even when interacting with my inventory/stash)
