[3.27] CheapBunny's Rupturing Bleed Bladestorm Slayer | Perfect Agony | Usurper's Penance

And with the Rupture support getting buff in 3.27, I know that the day has come. This build captures the essence of the Reaper: swift, ruthless, and utterly relentless.

Rupture Support: The Rupture debuff can now stack up to 4 times on a target (previously 3). Rupture, a underused support gem, when used alongside with Perfect Agony, which allows bleed to scale damage through critical strikes, the damage output is explosive. Combined with strong defensive layers, the build is both deadly and resilient. And on a totally serious side note: if you want to unlock double damage on this build, you should absolutely use The Blood Reaper two-handed axe skin transfer. It’s scientifically proven to boost your DPS by 100% (nah just kidding xD).

Rupture support got buffed in 3.27, it can stack Rupture debuff up to 4 times now, so I wanted to make a bleed build that can utilize this support. Why Bladestorm? Why Bleed deal damage faster is good for this build?

To fully ultilize Rupture debuff, we need a fast hitting skill that can apply rupture debuff as fast as possible, and also with bleed damage bonus, Bladestorm is exactly that. Every blade storm can linger up to 3 secs, and we can have maximum 4 Bladestorm at once, this build can hit up to 8 times per second. The fast hitting of Bladestorm not only synergize well with Rupture support, it also maximize the bleed damage as we get to roll the damage 8 times, and only the highest bleed damage will be applied, effectively make our bleed damage 8 times more lukcy. Because of how often this build can apply bleed, bleed duration is not something this build need, making bleed deal damage faster an effective more damage multiplier, so I stack multiple source of this modifiers on gears and passive tree, for example Usurper's Penance helmet. (the light radius penalty is kinda annoying for indoor map though) Why Perfect Agony?

Since Rupture support require the bleeding hit to be critical strike as well to apply Rupture debuff, it is very obvious that it will go well together with Perfect Agony keystone. https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Perfect_Agony Damage over Time Multiplier for Ailments is equal to Critical Strike Multiplier Critical Strikes do not deal extra Damage Non-Critical Strikes cannot inflict Ailments With this keystones, we can scale our bleed damage with Critical Strike Multiplier, the downside is Damage Over Time multiplier no longer has any effect on our bleed damage. Frenzy charge stacking is one of the best damage scaling for bleed build in POE, by using the infamous Olesya's Delight and Ralakesh's Impatient combo. This combo allows the build to have both Affliction charge and Frenzy charge at the same time, a huge damage boost for any damaging ailment build. Slayer's Masterful Form ascendancy node is perfect for this combo. Use Perforate in act 1 until you get Bladestorm in act 3. Leveling as non-crit (Taking Resolute Technique/Crimson Dance), Hit/Bleed hybrid bladestorm. Only swap into crit version (take Perfect Agony, drop Resolute Technique/Crimson Dance) when you have the following: i) Ungil's Harmony amulet ii) Overwhlem ascendancy node iii) Ready to pickup critical passives on tree iv) Able to link both Increase critical strike chance/damage support Bladestorm support gem link is different for crit/non-crit version, refers to gem link section.
