Terrible problem in trial of choas.

Recently, I started playing Trial of Chaos again, and something seriously detrimental to my gameplay is happening. i already completed more than 3500 hours of poe2. And this is a serious problem i want to report.

When going to use the elevators, I noticed that my character's movement is different. Before, it would go directly to the ramp to go down or up, but now it doesn't go directly; it makes a movement as if going to the ground and then going back up. Because of this, I almost died when I was collecting soul cores today because my character couldn't go directly to the center of the platform and go down.


Please, if you're not going to fix this, at least let me know so I don't waste my precious time on bad content.
