Instance issues and game disconnections

HIIII!!!! I report a constant bug in the game (POE 1) (which had never happened to me before)... the problem; constant crashing of the server/instance, disconnection from the game in general every time I access a new instance either through portals as well as in the Uber lab (from which through these constant problems, I have not yet been able to achieve my last point of ascendancy)....it is distressing and frustrating, since I have never had a mistake of this nature in my years playing PoE...I completely rule out that the failure is on the part of my computer or my internet service..so and i insist; I've never had a problem like this; Constant crashes and disconnection of instances.
I haven't even been able to get my final point of anscendancy given the problem. I hope for a prompt solution to the problem please!!
