Build issues to address with Druid / 0.4 release

Hello all! Since Druid was confirmed to be added in 0.4 there are several remaining build issues to be addressed to make both its elemental caster / shapeshifting and hybrid builds viable and keep them synergizing with other classes.

Elemental casting builds issues (including caster Druids):
- Lack scaling from gear as there are no elemental damage mods, no good analogues to added X damage of Y element to attacks and likewise. These should be added to provide proper gear scaling for elemental spell builds.
- Lack synergy since elemental Sorcereress spells got infusions slapped on them that don't synergize with any other class, so for example Druid wishing to borrow some Sorceress skills would need to deal with infusions that don't scale his Druid spells (making that scaling limited) and vice versa. To solve that consider either providing synergies between elemental infusions and non-Sorceress elemental spells or just removing elemental infusions and changing their generation and empowerment effects to be Power Charge based (generating and spending Power Charges to trigger empowered effects of spells) as that would have much more synergy with other classes and other existing systems.
- Mana cost issues should be addressed too since unlike elemental attack builds casters don't have access to powerful offensive mana restoration tools like Walker of the Wilds node. Some spells could use another cost reduction or mana leech could be allowed in some form for spell builds too (for example that could be a keystone that would reduce mana regeneration, but allow spells to benefit from mana leech too).

Melee builds issues (including shapeshifting Druids):
- Need some form of additional mitigation to compensate for necessity to stay in melee and eat all the hits and crowd control effects that ranged can avoid by just kiting and dodging.
- Life needs a buff to be competitive enough with Energy Shield as a scaling defensive system.
- Armor could use a way to better mitigate Chaos damage and not be as vulnerable to it as it is currently in 0.3.

Hybrid builds issues (including Druids):
- Lack proper scaling with gear as well - there are little to no hybrid boosting modifiers on items like skill speed, all damage, + X to all (elemental) skills and likewise. These should be added to provide proper scaling for hybrid builds and can have lower values than specialized affixes (attack speed / fire damage / + X to all melee skills and likewise) to compensate for increased versatility.
- Lack effects that allow scaling of both attacks and spells. Crown of Eyes exists, but it is undertuned, has bad item affixes, does not affect attack and cast speed and likewise. It should be boosted to affect both spell / attack damage and cast / attack speed and get better item mods and there should be more items that allow to enable proper scaling for hybrid builds.

After reading 0.4 patch notes - most of issues mentioned here still remain.

Here is also additional feedback:
- Firestorm (both base and infused) needs damage buffs. Currently its effect is underwhelming for all the investment it takes and even if you added possibility to move it on battlefield with support gem that issue remains. It could be quite thematic to use with Shaman's Apocalypse node (raining even more elements around you), but currently simply is not worth the investment.
- There is still current lack of synergy between 2 elemental casters - Sorceress and Druid (when their spells would likely be tried to be combined in 0.4 for Druid or Sorceress caster builds). Sorceress Infusions seemingly don't apply to Druid spells (those that were datamined / shown in preview), so infusion based scaling would mean only partial scaling for the build and Druid's Spell Totem is badly usable by Sorceress that has no inherent ways to generate neither Endurance nor Power Charges. While there is still time before 0.4 - please add more synergies between these trees. In later patches - consider just replacing Elemental Infusion system with Power Charges as mean to enable and use empowered effects for spells which is much more simple system to use and balance and much more synergizing with rest of the classes.
- There is still also lack of item support for hybrid attack / spell builds in the game. Even if Druid would get nodes in passive tree that buff both attack and spell damage most items currently have too specialized mods (spell damage or attack damage or cast speed or attack speed or X damage added to attacks and likewise) that would scale only part of such build. To address that - consider adding more generic modifiers to items (like elemental damage / skill speed and likewise) and if needed such generic modifiers could have a bit lower value than specialized ones to compensate for versatility. There should be also more hybrid build scaling items like Crown of Eyes and Crown of Eyes is currently undertuned / underwhelming (bad mods, does not affect attack and cast speed etc) and could be also looked at and buffed.
