It's about time to add Dual Strike a usage without weapons

Back in the day it was stated that there were some issues with the animations, I think it has passed enough time so that can be fixed no?

Disclaimer: I refer to being able to use it with Hollow Palm Technique, mostly because you count as dualweilding, so you should be able to use it.
