Bosses Anti-Burst Mechanic - GGG, do you even do Trials of Sekhema/Chaos?

Bosses now have an Anti-Burst damage mechanic: Once a boss has finished it's emerge or becomes aggro the damage reduction period starts counting down. The damage reduction tapers down from full effect to no effect over the course of this duration. For every unit the boss moves from it's starting location the damage reduction will fall off even faster. Bosses which cannot or barely move have a shorter damage reduction period. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Have you even tried playing your game or ascend (Trials of Sekhema/Chaos)? No? Then it is understandable that this did not ring any bells. This is not a fix, this is simply a bandaid for a problem that does not exist. Yes, now you have to just "wait" and move the boss a bit to burst him. Overall no change for maps / pinnacle but for the ascendency trials this is worse. MAX-DMG-CAP per Second should have been the "go to" choice even in PoE1, rather than deleting skills by overnerfing them to the ground.

This has been in poe1 for years. It's basically to stop people preloading damage, ala mines, lightning rods etc. to kill a boss before it even moves basically. It's fine. It'll be a very short duration. Strong builds will still practically mow the boss down in seconds.
