Would it not be better to skip 3.28 and work on 0.5?
ALOT of people put in their PTO or adjusted their holiday schedule to play POE 2 "Endgame". Choosing the maplayout is part of your build-ish. I think alot of player would not mind skipping a league, e.g. 3.27 or 3.28, just to have POE 2 Endgame up and running. Maybe change your plans at least ONCE, just to fix this mess? If you really wanne have a 3.28, just smash Settlers, Mercenaries and Keepers (the latter without its annoying walls and issues for map clearing) together.
