The top one i can see some funny abuse of dw mjolner with rage-more spell damage synergy.
Bottom is hard to tell since it has alot of unexplained skills. More important will be primal skills and theres ALOT nodes comming to skilltree. |

Can someone explain to me Furious Wellspring please?
Does it say it adds 5 rage cost for every single skill that is not default atk? Or does it say it adds +5 extra rage cost for skills that reqiure rage? |
