0.4 Mid-League Patch

GGG should commit to releasing a mid-league patch that delivers some of the end game updates teased in the interview. Some content, like a completely overhauled atlas tree, make sense to save for a big patch, but there must be a chunk of improvements they can release separately.

After raising community expectations that 0.4 would be the endgame patch even some more minor improvements would go a long way.

They won't commit. But they might just suddenly drop it like they did 0.3.1. And then ignore all feedback for months.
