Combine Hourglass, Expanse, Execrate, and Excise into one gem

Either that or significantly buff all of them by at least double. Currently these supports are just super horrible and there is almost no reason to use them at all. I like having a cooldown button but Unleash is literally just better in every conceivable way other than ignite/shock size and with less cooldown.
