Tactician,

The problem with the tactician is not damage.

He does not get enough pts to get offense and defense, thus making him inferior to ascendancies, that do.

Also, ED needs a slight modification

When you have 1 cast the DOT should stack 1 time, but if you are able to spam it then it's dot should increase in damage decently,

this way if the player has the time to stack it up it will feel a lot better gameplay wise. This will also make it viable for spell totems, ect.

In regards to passive / keystone changes - Eternal youth ect, ALWAYS, always always, if you're going to touch it, FIX IT, do not turn it off.

The removing of jewel sockets was just an error, it is better to reduce the overall power of jewels.
