Changes to Supporting Fire Skill (Tactician) + Tactician ASC

i have a question for the changes to Supporting Fire Skill from the Tactician.

The current Problem with the Skill...
it does not scale with anything (not even Levels)
You could proably scale it with Minion damage but thats on the other side of the tree so not an option.
Diallas Support gem does not even add the quality.
It does not even scale with the asc: watch how i do it...

you can change thee Numbers from the skill as much as you want if there is no scaling to it.

how to make this skill useable:

let it scale with weapon damage (for example your crossbow)
remove the minion tag and give it Attack and Projectile tag.

let it scale with levels.

please give me Info before the release if anything of that will happen with the next expension

The Supporting Fire Skill granted by Unleash Hell! Notable Passive Skill has been updated: Command: Death From Above Cooldown is now 20 seconds (previously 40). Now fires a Volley every 0.75 seconds (previously every 2 seconds). Now fires 6 total Volleys (previously 4). Now has 14 metre width (previously 7.5 metre width). Attack Damage is now 763% (previously 1140%).

another thing:

the stay light use cover acs point currently is useless.

why should i defend with 200% armour when the physical damage cab 50%???
(even with shitty gear)

Solutions:
remove the max physical line

or: remove the enemies have accuracy penalty against you based on distance
and add something like deflection is lucky or 25% MORE deflection rating

It does scales with your strength so considering that an average of 250 strength is easy achievable, a lot more if you want to push (500% increased damage maybe? Even more if you really stack strength then include 20% more damage from quality)
Go sum all the increased minions damage nodes up there and check how many skill points you need to get there compared to 1 ascendancy node + strength stacking.

Watch how i do it passive doesnt scale it??
Prolly because those minions arent in presence...

Deflection is Lucky is a keystone, at the cost of Evasion is unlucky and that passive does wonders with enough armor/ev.
