Infusion feedback for endgame play

It's too late for this league, but I'd appreciate it if the design team reconsidered how infusions work. As it stands now, increasing cast speed (a stat that the sorceress does well) decreases the effect of infusions, as a smaller proportion of the casts are infused.

I'd suggest that once an infusion is used, all spells within X seconds will benefit from that elemental infusion. (say, base X=2, with modifiers on the tree) Then change Storm's Recollection to give something like 66% more duration of the infusion effect.

We'd still want to go out of our way to generate infusions, but it wouldn't feel bad to scale cast speed. It'd make them far more enjoyable to use in the endgame.

Perhaps I'm wrong, and infusions will be well-received in 0.4. But if they're not, consider this change, please?
