I am gutted: Eye of Winter, my frost sorc dream

I had a break during the last league, but I was ready to start a new cold sorc in POE2.

Eye of Winter now has a 15 second (will be 10 second?) cooldown.

It is completely ruined. Why did you do this? Why destroy this skill. This was so unnecessary.

Now I don't have comets.
I don't have Eye of Winter.
Wintertide Brand is missing in PoE2.

So what do I play now? Frostbolt? Is that the cold sorceress dream now?

I have never been this frustrated over GGG, to a degree that it breaks my will to play, and over such a small thing as well.

I had the same feeling when I started last league. I fell back on the good old Spark + Three Dragons. Lightning is currently the best cold.

Forcing players to do spark or fireball as Sorc.

For devs who praise D2 so much is sure is frustrating that I can't play my Frost Orb sorc in this game.

I'm going to try out the new spectres, but if I have time for a second character, I've been thinking of Werewolf Chronomancer. It might be possible to keep Lunar Blessing up most of the time, and cold melee through mobs with a cold damage wolf pack.
