well of souls in eternal realm ?

I can't find anymore well of souls on eternal realm.
Is this a season only feature ?

It was seasonal in that it was part of the "Rise of the Abyssals" league which ended Yesterday.

However, the content is "going core". That means when they launch the next update for 0.4, which is Friday, Abyss will be available within all leagues, including the "eternal realms", which are the sc and hc standard leagues.
