Smith of Kitava Should give % more defence from Body armour

Instead of the 200 armor per point.

Like a stacking 25% more defense from body armour per point invested. (exactly % TBD)

This way, if a Smith of Kitava choose to with an ES base or evasion, it's also more effective and it makes more sense thematically, I think, since he makes the current base armor better.
