Tutorial for weapon sets 1 & 2 on the start of the game

I think this can be done to teach new players how to use weapon sets, similar to the tutorial of equipping skill gems and binding them to a button

Also, make the "Used with weapon set 1 or 2" button sit next to the skill slot or something like that, right now it's kind of "hidden"
