Plz make the abuse for the skill gem in first zone go away

The amount of people going to abuse this is going to 100%stress the servers allot and could become a huge problem

What basically happens is that people reload at the first checkpoint in the riverbank and take the skillgem like 30 times to have some starter gold

My suggestions for fixing this exploit
1 make that 1 gem worth 1 gold or make it only drop 1 time and detect when its in inventory. If thats the case the gem does not drop again
This seems very small but i am sure this can be abused in other ways later in other zones
