Djinn Character Skin

If I get the Djinn Character Skin and apply it to the druid will the druid look female then or is it locked to female characters?

You can use it on any class, male of female

Oh I see. I thought it was the female skin that was the MTX, not the tattoos. Well no point buying it then.
