still 100% cpu usage

I don't know what else to try. I have a brand new computer with a fresh Windows 11 install, and Path of Exile 2 is still causing 100% CPU usage. The game needs serious optimization. The issue started with the Dawn of the Hunt update and has never been fixed for me, despite the supposed patches. 100% CPU usage makes the game completely unplayable, and the fact that it follows me to a brand new PC is unacceptable. I honestly don't get it
