Passive tree scrolling on cursor hitting side of screen....WTF

Who's the not so smart person that made mouse scrolling the passive tree a thing?

This is really annoying and I hope they revert it or add an option to disable it. The screen shifts infinitely if I move my mouse to my second monitor.

Leave it to ggg to implement changes that no one asked for that only hurt the playerbase while simultaneously ignoring all of the changes people have asked for for years.

What an absolutely stupid thing to add. What in the hell is the point of this? Nobody ever asked for this or complained about not having edge scrolling in the passive tree. Please for the love of god remove this.
