Gemini Bow Standard League Issue

Hi,

The bow I crafted before had a fixed modifier that granted +1 additional arrow, but now it only shows 1%. Is this normal?

In addition, Vaal-corrupted bows can’t have their modifiers changed anymore, which has basically turned them into useless bows.
