PS5 Pro - All NPC text fast forwarding to completion

Hi, since creating a new druid character, I have noticed that all NPC conversations immediately fast forward to the end of the dialogue before being able to read or hear them. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and that did not resolve. Is there currently a fix for this issue?

Also, the Output Dialogue To Chat option when enabled still isn't sending the character's dialogue to chat...

Same issue here, was going crazy thinking I was the only one

Experiencing the same issue, it acts as if I'm spamming X every time I open a dialog with an NPC.

I'm having the same issue, highly disappointing (PS5 Pro)
