Way to complete Vaal Temple?

Is there a way to complete pathing in vaal temple at beginning or is that later?

But is it possible during campaign? Like if you don't go in it and clear 6 more portals can you add another set of stuff? Or just do it each time you clear the portals and wait till you have enough to path

No, you go into the temple. You place rooms. You run the temple.
The next time it spawns, some of the rooms you placed previously should still be there. Eventually, you will have a very large dungeon. Its a 3 steps forward and 2 steps back still yields forward progress kinda thing. |

" This. AFAICT only the "loot" rooms you add disappear after the run. All initial loot rooms and all paths/corridor tiles stay, including the ones you add manually. |
