Having weird graphical lag / issues with new patch. Items not showing in inventory briefly.

Not seeing items in my inventory briefly, not seeing the gold animation when leveling up, enemies not appearing on screen sometimes but can see them attacking me. Anyone else with the same issues or any possible fixes?

I have exactly the same issue, graphics up to date, 8GB RAM. i will try to update the directX and see after

I have checked file integrity on steam (all was fine)
open run > type dxdiag > follow the steps to make sure DX is up to date it works fine for me now, i can see all items and stuff |
