Exception Thrown When Logging Into Character

The game crashed when I was teleporting to town with the exception in the screenshot. Now whenever I try to log into my character, I get the same error and the game crashes. 8:40pm MST California server

I waited a few minutes and tried again. I am able to log in, but the issue may be something to look into.

Just had the same issue, heading back to town from killing the King in the Mists in Freythorn.

Can confirm, waiting a few minute/third time being the charm did fix the issue.
