The Drowned City Forced Roll Back

After about 1 minute of first entering the Drowned City, the game disconnects and my character is rolled back before ever entering (ergo, having to get the way point again) and this continues to happen.

ALSO, minor bug when trying to put augments in druid gear. The game stutters/freezes.
