Massive FPS Drops in Jamanra Fight - Tornados?

I'm experiencing massive FPS reduction in the Jamanra boss fight at the end of act two.
It might be related to the tornados.

I was also experiencing fps drops in Valley Of The Titans with the enemies that spawn tornados.

Hey, i experienced a similar thing on PS5, the game was running okay with a few minor bugs here and there freezing my character, but when i got to the Dreadnought the FPS tanked HARD. i havent had issues with the dreadnought on ps5 before, and devs stated that they even made performance "better" in this patch, i feel quite the opposite.

I had 60+ fps until dreadnought where it tanked to 20 and below the whole trip to jamanra.

Also bugs with audio dialouge on Jamanra when fight first started.

Bugged subtitle dialouge everywhere with talking to NPCs, the dialouge auto skips fast til the last page of the dialouge.

And as i mentioned a couple of freeezes where the game just stops me in my tracks but i can quit the game or log out.

Thats all for now.

I can confirm something is very wrong. I was having same issue in Jamanra fight, as well as the aqueduct in act 3 and in some places in the Drowned city.
