Arctic Armour visual effect not appearing while using Wolf skills (Ranger)

Hello, I am using Arctic Armour with a Ranger + Wolf. When I enter the map, I can see Arctic Armour around my character. However, when I start using the wolf skills, it no longer appears around my character.

The buffs are still visible in the top-left corner of the screen, but I do not see the barrier around the character anymore. I am unsure whether it is still working.

Could you please check this?
