Keeps kicking on quest, cant proceed

The game keeps backing me out “ An unexpected disconnection occurred” everytime in act 3 in Jiquani’s Machinarium on PS5. Everytime I put the first soul core in at the beginning of dungeon is kicks me out of game a resets. I tried even resetting game and zone a bunch of times. I’m a Druid if that helps but game won’t let me proceed, please fix asap

Consoles always get the short end of the stick, if this was PC this issue would have been resolved in 2 minutes of being reported. This really ruined my league start, 3 hours later still stuck in act 3

Yea bro I been having nonstop dc'ing on druid ever since I hit that place, everytime I shape shift from animal to human I dc, I tried making post in the different threads and got no response until I got a response from some Shaun ggg guy saying they are removing my post as there are duplicate post on different threads but they wont respond about the issue, I tried sending and email to their support link and I get and email back saying they aren't taking support emails like wtf
