Missing 2 Weapon Set Skill Points after "The Blind Beast" Quest

I have completed the quest "The Blind Beast". I still haven't received the passive skill points, and my total number of weapon set points remains 14, same as before the quest completion. I have recounted everything and checked dialogues with the relevant NPCs. The points seem to be missing.

Same issue, did not give the points, but grayed out in the map.

Same. I was confused because that's usually the first island I do for that the set point.

It's not an issue, they removed +2 passives points reward from The Blind Beast quest.
From patch notes: The Blind Beast in Isle of Kin now drops a Blank Greater Rune. This can be exchanged with Dannig in Kingsmarch for a Greater Rune of your choosing (from a selection). The Blind Beast no longer drops a Bile-soaked Tome. Instead, the Dark Mists quest now grants a Mist-shrouded Tome (which grants two Weapon Set Passive Skill Points) in addition to its existing rewards (Uncut Skill Gem and Gold). |
