Can't progress through temple of kopec

Playing druid and everytime i defeat the boss i get disconnected the second i try to talk to Alva. I'm on pc. I logged in with another one of my charecter and ran a tier 15 map with no problem..

I've spent an hour on this and just found a work around (all others failed).
Kill boss, exit to character screen, talk to Alva (once just to summon), exit to character when. Then come back and talk to her to do the platform.

I didn't click anything else..
Hope that helps someone. I've also heard being in a party could help but #ForeverAlone lol
