Stuck Progression Issue in Arastas Area (Poe2 Season 0.4)

Hello,

I hope you are doing well.

While playing Poe2 Season 0.4, I encountered an issue during Act progression. While rushing through NPC dialogue, I was talking to an NPC in the Arastas area and accidentally selected "Respawn at Checkpoint" during the conversation.

After that happened, the cathedral door is already open, but the path going upward is blocked by NPC soldiers, preventing any further progression. Unfortunately, I am completely unable to continue the story at this point.

All other prerequisite quests have already been completed, so I believe this may be a progression bug caused by the interrupted NPC interaction.

Could you please let me know if there is any way to resolve this issue or reset the relevant quest state?

Hey guys, after being stuck for 1.5 hours, I decided to just do the isle of kin quest - volcanic warrens, killed the boss, and the questline progressed (sin and Doryani appeared).

I was stuck also.
Here is the way i solved it

[Solution]
1. Ctrl-click at the waypoint and open new instance.
2. Run to the NPC (Missionary guy) in front of the church and talk to him "Introduction"
3. The Missionary guy should bring you inside the church and restart the quest.
