Horrible Performace

Performance is absolutely terrible this league - last league and each before it I averaged around 60-70 FPS except in very particle heavy situations. I was excited to hear that performance had been improved significantly... until I logged in. This league, I'm averaging probably around 30 when just walking around zones and dipping down into the low 20s, often to the point of significantly hampering gameplay with stuttering.

For reference, I have a Ryzen 7 5800X, an Nvidia RTX 3070 and 32Gb of RAM, well above the recommended specs for the game.

Something strange is going on for sure - on logging in today and starting a Trial of Chaos, I got 100+ FPS for two rooms, and then on the third suddenly dropped to the low 30s, which remained until the trial was over, and now am hovering around 50 FPS standing by the The Temple of Chaos waypoint, where I was previously getting roughly double that same FPS.

According to performance metrics, this is a GPU issue - GPU latency was around 6-8ms when I first logged in, and is now consistently at 16-20ms when standing at the waypoint, doing nothing, with no enemies around.
