PS4 0.4 Disconnects in werewolf form as oracle druid

It started in the temple of chaos trying to get the second set of ascension points. Upon clearing the first room me and my two other party members (on PC) got disconnected from the server. When we each tried on our own instances, both in and out of a party, I was the only one to continue to get disconnected.

I happened to be close to leveling, and leveled up very soon in the first room, but upon signing back in we found that exp was rolled back. After this happened a few times I went outside and just got the exp to level up, but the disconnects continued. I tried several more times, typically getting disconnected at the end of the room, but sometimes even before.

We eventually realized that it seemed like changing from wolf to human was causing the disconnect. At first we thought it was riding the elevator in wolf form, but that theory broke when I crashed simply trying to get into human form far away from the elevator. As soon as I tried to swap out of wolf form I would disconnect. My friend wound up clearing the entire encounter while I remained in human form the whole time, and it worked to get my ascendancy points.

Then we tried continuing to play again as normal, and in the very next zone disconnected again as a group. Both me and my friends characters hardly rolled back to the state at the start of the instance. At this point we called it a night, and I’m making this report.
