Act 4 is broken (PS5)

Hello, I'm playing on the PS5 and I can't seem to progress past act 4, as interacting with various things throughout the maps seems to lead to my game resetting with "an unexpected error has occurred."

Here's a list of things that have caused my game to reset.





- Killing bosses



- Teleporting between areas



- Interacting with levers



- Picking up map pieces



- Interacting with Sin



- Creating new instances



- Opening doors and gates



- Interacting with vaal portals, stronghold boxes, and essences.

I'm sure y'all are already aware of this issue, but I figured I throw the feedback in here anyway. 👌
