Quest Reward Order of Operations

When you have a quest to turn in like the Horn, it's pretty obvious the player's bags are going to be full, and Zarka also tries to give you a gem. Players should be able to use the "disenchant" or "sell" options from the quest reward window to make room for the items the NPC is trying to give you. It's a small thing but quite annoying to have to fiddle with inventory and talk to NPCs again.
