Bug Report ID: #1553880145 rageforge support not spending rage with furious slam

As described above the rageforge support doesn't seem to be working with skills that already spend rage (like furious slam from the druid) even thought the description of the gem doesn't not say anything about it.

I can't really tell if the gem is adding damage or not but it definitely is only spending 10 rage when it should be 20.

+1 noticed the same behavior with furious slam only spending the inherint 10 rage for its increased effect, but no additional 10 rage for rageforged, even tho the tooltip increased by 35%
