Almost at the end of act 3 and only found 1 Exalt so far

Im not rushing the area's im trying to kill the rares get the chest etc but no matter how hard I want another exalted I just cant find one which feels bad but are you guys finding currency at all?

Mid act 3 ive found with MF at 20-70:

40 Trans
23 Aug
1 orb of alch
1 reg
1 exalt
and 3 lesser jewellers orb



this feels like its low
