Venom Crypts

Hi,

I am trying to complete the "The Slithering Dead" quest but no items drop from the Venom Crypts. I've tried to rerun the venom crypts area several times but the item never appears.

I am running in the same issue. I cannot click on the corpse Game restart and zone reset didn't work.
